Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how payments, prepaid minutes, and refunds work for callthe.bot. Because we provide a prepaid, instantly-delivered digital service, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
1. Prepaid, Digital Service
callthe.bot is a prepaid, digital, intangible service. When you purchase setup and talk-time minutes, those credits are applied to your account and available for immediate use. There is no physical product to return.
2. Pricing Summary
- $10 one-time setup / activation fee (non-refundable).
- $0.25 per minute of talk-time.
- Minimum $15 talk-time purchase (60 minutes).
- Initial purchase minimum: $25 ($10 setup + $15 minutes).
- Subsequent purchases are a minimum of $15 or more, rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
3. No Refunds
All payments to callthe.bot are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- The $10 setup / activation fee.
- Prepaid minute purchases.
- Unused minutes remaining on your balance.
- Partially used minutes or partially completed calls.
- Purchases made in error or due to change of mind.
- Situations where you choose not to use the Service after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with call content, AI responses, or conversation quality.
Because the Service is activated instantly and credits are delivered immediately, funds cannot be reversed or returned once the transaction is completed.
4. Usage & Minute Consumption
Minutes are billed against your prepaid balance while you are connected to callthe.bot. This includes any time the AI is speaking, listening, or processing your input during an active call session.
It is your responsibility to monitor your usage, track your remaining minutes, and end calls when you no longer wish to be billed.
5. Technical Issues & Carrier Problems
We do not provide refunds for issues caused by:
- Your phone, device, or hardware problems.
- Your carrier’s network, signal quality, or blocking of certain numbers.
- VoIP limitations, call drops, or service outages outside our control.
- Mis-dialed numbers or user error.
If you experience persistent technical problems, contact us so we can investigate. While we may attempt to help, this does not create any obligation to issue refunds.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from callthe.bot, you acknowledge that you are buying prepaid, instantly-delivered digital credits and a one-time setup service. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for:
- Unused or partially used minutes.
- Dissatisfaction with AI responses or call content.
- Non-use of the Service after purchase.
If a dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide payment processors with transaction logs, timestamps, and usage data showing that the Service was delivered as described.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a specific refund or cooling-off right that cannot be waived, we will comply with those legal requirements. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override mandatory rights granted to you by law.
